Superintendent briefs board on cell-phone policy, college visit and inclement-weather factors

Kerhoulas also reported that Saginaw Valley State University President George Grant visited with SC4 to discuss future class offerings, and that he will speak at Port Huron's State of the City event on Jan. 28. The superintendent reviewed the factors the district considers when making inclement-weather closing decisions.
