Board approves consent agenda, recognizes GED certificate completers

At the Jan. 26 meeting the Port Huron Area School District Board of Education approved its consent agenda by a 5-0 vote. The consent agenda included approval of the Dec. 15, 2025 minutes, presentation of bills, reimbursement to the general fund, the treasurer's report and personnel changes; the motion was made by Frank Partipilo and seconded by Jessica Totty.
The board also recognized completion of General Educational Development certificates by Drix Benavides, Isabella Valle, Bailey Holman and Zachary Bennett. The recognition was recorded as part of the consent items approved on the motion that passed unanimously.
