Present for the meeting were trustees Marcus Terry (Treasurer), Jennifer Dooley, G. Kevin Gross, Tanisha Miller and, later, Secretary Sha' Quana Davis-Smith; Vice President Kenyada Bowman was absent. The superintendent's cabinet attended, including Dr. Kimberly Leverette, superintendent, and other senior staff.
A motion to approve the meeting agenda was made and carried: "A MOTION WAS MADE TO APPROVE THE AGENDA - APPROVED." The motion was moved by Tanisha Miller and supported by G. Kevin Gross; the minutes record ayes from Dooley, Gross, Hannah, Miller and Terry.
