Trustee Scott Kartes moved and Trustee Matt Biermann seconded a motion "to approve a closed session to discuss Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiations under Section 8(c) of the Open Meetings Act"; the board passed the motion on a roll-call vote of 6-0 (Abraham, Withers, Kartes, Miller, Lehman, Biermann). The board entered closed session at 7:05 p.m., reconvened at 7:19 p.m., and Vice-President Miller adjourned the meeting at 7:43 p.m.
