The Board of Trustees moved into closed session twice during the Dec. 12 meeting to discuss personnel matters. At 8:34 PM trustees voted unanimously to move into closed session to consider discipline of a staff member and returned to open session at 8:54 PM. Later the Board again entered closed session at 8:55 PM to hear complaints against an employee and returned to open session at 9:17 PM; both entries and returns were recorded by roll-call votes with all trustees recorded as Aye.
Minutes show the items were discussed in closed session; the minutes do not record discussion content because of confidentiality rules governing personnel deliberations. The actions are recorded as motions to enter and exit closed session with roll-call tallies in the minutes.
