The board unanimously adopted the meeting agenda on a motion by Marianne Bird, seconded by Jenean Coughlin, and later approved the minutes of the regular and closed meeting of March 23, 2026 on a motion by David Booth, seconded by Jenean Coughlin. The minutes state there were no public comments during the public comment portion of the meeting. The session concluded with a motion to adjourn, and the minutes record the meeting was adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
