President Laurie L. Oldford opened the Oct. 20 meeting and announced calendar items of interest to families: Oct. 31 will be a half day for all students and there will be no school on Nov. 4 due to staff professional development. She also said the next regular board meeting will be Monday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Port Huron Northern High School Performing Arts Center.
Following Board Comments, Member Partipilo moved to adjourn and Member Chapman supported the motion; the meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m. with a recorded vote of Yeas: 4, Nays: 0. The minutes list signatures for Laurie L. Oldford (President), Jessica L. Totty (Secretary) and Sharon K. Cadrette (Recording Secretary).
