The board approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Trustee G. Kevin Gross, supported by Sha'Quana Davis-Smith (ayes: Davis-Smith, Gross, Hannah, Miller and Bowman). Following a closed-session consultation with counsel on a named lawsuit, the board reconvened and adjourned at 6:02 p.m. The minutes were certified by Secretary Sha'Quana Davis-Smith.
