Board members expressed appreciation for the audit work and for CFO Peternel’s team that supported the audit process. Member Partipilo moved to receive and file the report, Member McCulloch supported the motion, and the vote was recorded as Yeas: 4, Nays: 0. The auditor presentation and vote concluded without additional board direction recorded in the minutes.
