The presiding examiner clarified that existing signs related to application CDash2023-004 may remain in place and that no reposting is required for the rescheduled hearing. The examiner told one participant she would receive a new link to participate on behalf of a friend without email and said new persons of record may be added between now and Sept. 18 so they can take part at the rescheduled session.
Arthur Horn, speaking for the applicant, agreed that no additional reposting was needed and confirmed the applicant's team would be available on the new date. "...that works for us very well," Horn said when asked whether Sept. 18 at 9:30 a.m. was acceptable. Staff and counsel also noted the applicant's land planner, John Ferrante, was present.
