Assistant Superintendent Scicluna presented results of a custodial-services RFP and recommended a three‑year agreement with incumbent Enviro‑Clean; the recommendation will return to the board for action at the April 23 Regular Meeting. Superintendent Mainka explained that the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy requires the district to obtain a permit and have a Storm Water Management Plan up for renewal; a resolution on that requirement will return for an April 23 vote.
The board also approved the Oakland County Regional Enhancement Millage resolution at the March 19 meeting. The board voted unanimously on the millage resolution, the budget amendment, ERIs, and a schedule adjustment moving June regular meetings to June 25, 2026, and June 24, 2027.
