Fiscal Court votes to join Lupin settlement in national opioid litigation

Judge/Executive Scott Bates said the matter concerned an additional defendant in the national litigation; the motion to join was made by Esq. Danny Shain and seconded by Esq. Kevin McManis and carried unanimously.
