County Attorney Kassidy Dees read the resolution in full before the court voted; the motion by Esq. Danny Shain, seconded by Esq. Brad Fisher, carried unanimously.
The approval authorizes Judge Bates to execute the program contract and accept the funds on the county's behalf. Judge Bates opened a required public hearing on proposed uses of the funds and invited comment; there were no public comments. The court plans to incorporate the allocation into next year’s road program and related budgeting.
