The board designated Bell Bank, Alexandria and the Minnesota School District Asset Fund Plus as official depositories and delegated authority for electronic funds transfers and investments to the payroll technician and CESO designee. The consent agenda also approved MSBA as the district policy service and a list of district administrative contacts and designees (including Superintendent Rick Sansted and district contacts for federal programs).
