The vice chair position was declared to Maureen Eigen by acclamation after member Shawn Reilly declined his own nomination. Shawn Reilly was declared clerk by acclamation and Alan Zeithamer declared treasurer by acclamation. The nominations and vote outcomes were recorded in the meeting minutes.
