Constables request new gear, batteries and training funds in budget presentations

Agency official (Speaker 3) and Agency official (Speaker 9) made similar equipment requests: Speaker 3 listed printers, jump boxes, rifle cases and window tinting; Speaker 9 requested a rifle for a deputy and urged commissioners to consider a salary increase for the deputy. Presenters said some items are safety-driven (breaching tools when door rams fail, vests nearing expiration) and asked staff to review procurement and dedicated accounts to identify where purchases should be charged.
