County authorizes utility setup for newly acquired county shop on S. Chadbourne Street

Tom Green County authorized the setup of all utility contracts for new county shop properties on S. Chadbourne Street (listed in discussion as 1810–1814 and 1818 S. Chadbourne Street). The authorization enables the county to establish services needed for the facility to operate and to conduct business from the site.
"This is our new county shop that we have just purchased with those 3 addresses, really 2 properties," Chair said when introducing the item. The court moved and approved the authorization by voice vote.
