CAN Community Health seeks county support for World AIDS Day concert

"For those of you who are aware, World AIDS Day is observed globally each year on December 1," Dr. Gajraj said, and the concert aims to "use music to inspire hope, promote education, and bring our community together around a common purpose." He argued the event also produced economic benefits for Tampa by drawing visitors who dined and stayed locally.
Commission members thanked the speaker; staff will score CAN Community Health's FY2027 application under existing criteria and present recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners later in the process.
