Port Chester ZBA closes hearing on 26 College Ave, adjourns Key Bank sign matter to Oct. 17

The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted procedural actions on Sept. 19: Commissioner Morlino moved, Commissioner Simmons seconded, to close the public hearing on the 26 College Avenue application; the motion carried with four votes in favor and one absence. The board then voted to direct the Village Attorney to prepare favorable findings of fact for consideration at the Oct. 17 meeting.
Separately, Commissioner Simmons moved, Commissioner Morlino seconded, to adjourn consideration of Key Bank's signage application to Oct. 17, 2024. That procedural motion also carried 4-0 with one absence. The board recorded the absences and votes in favor; no substantive variance decisions were made at the Sept. 19 meeting.
