The board approved a temporary access easement between Yamhill County and the Gary T. Baker revocable trust to permit equipment and materials access to tax lot R323000100 for tree-felling work near the Old Newberg Landfill. A motion to approve was made and passed unanimously.
Staff said the easement will allow necessary work to remove two trees adjacent to the landfill and that the move is part of routine operations and safety management of the site.
