Chair Ivey set a three‑minute limit for oral testimony and said the record will be held open for written comments through the close of business on 09/25/2024. She explained the process: the planning board will review testimony and staff reports and forward its recommendations to the district council; the council then will consider the planning board's recommendations and the hearing record and must take final action within two months of receiving the planning‑board recommendations.
After staff presentations, Chair Ivey asked if colleagues had questions; none were raised. She called for a motion to adjourn and, after members raised their hands in agreement, declared the joint hearing adjourned.
