The application, listed as case 2024-0226, requested two area variances in the CD-6T Urban Core Character District: an additional curb cut and a rolling gate to serve a loading area at the property identified as Section 141.28, Block 2, Lots 69–76 on the Town of Rye assessment map. The board’s roll call lists Chairwoman Petrone and Commissioners D’Estrada, Morlino, Simmons and Falk as voting in favor; the recorded tally is five votes for approval, none against.
