Manager McClung told the council that construction at Lakeside Landing has begun. Later in the meeting Mrs. Braley requested a motion to refund an excise tax duplicate registration in the amount of $117.44; Mr. Day moved to accept the refund and Mr. Caruso seconded. The refund motion passed unanimously.
The council also approved Treasurer's Warrant #27 and #1 and the minutes of the June 19, 2025 meeting by unanimous motions. Manager McClung asked Councilor Roma to attend the Assistant Chief interviews. The meeting concluded with a unanimous motion to adjourn.
