The Taloga Public Schools Board met in a special session at 9:00 A.M. on Oct. 24, 2025, in the Board Conference Room and Superintendent's Office at Taloga High School, 500 West Ruble Ave. President Jerod Acre called the meeting to order and recorded members Jerod Acre, LaDeana Birney, Stacy King and Justin Fox present; Doug Kilmer was recorded absent. Superintendent Cherice Fox and Minute Clerk Conner Boettler also attended.
Stacy King moved, seconded by LaDeana Birney, to approve the agenda; the motion passed with all present voting yes. After completing business — accepting a resignation, hiring a new treasurer, and updating bank accounts — Justin Fox moved to adjourn at 9:08 A.M.; the motion passed and the special meeting concluded.
