The Selectboard approved an overweight permit to town specifications for Kilburn Transport LLC after a motion by Ricky Morin and a second from Clayton Whittemore. The board also heard that Camp Road survey markers have arrived and need to be cut; highway staff (Matt) said it will take about two weeks to coordinate a sheriff to accompany the cutting, and the board asked him to secure a sheriff date.
Selectboard members were told that crew work on the MRGP grant will continue (Blakeville Road then Griggs Road) and that winter road sand hauling is underway to build stockpiles. The board noted that Bill Allen has been hired for roadside mowing, expected to require approximately 90 hours to complete town roads.
