The Selectboard reviewed two estimates for a records vault — one from Firelock and one from International Vault — and asked staff to research whether an archive vault or other lower-cost options would be feasible.
Board members asked for additional cost comparisons; no final vendor was selected. Ricky Morin agreed to measure pipes in the downstairs area so staff can order insulation and schedule installation.
The board also reviewed an estimate for replacing two office computers and deferred a decision to a later meeting. Non-employee work agreements were signed and the Selectboard approved a contract with Fred's Propane that locks in a price for two years.
Tim Bullard moved to authorize Colleen to apply on behalf of the Town of Eden for a Vermont DEC grant and a LCBP AIS grant; Clayton Whittemore seconded and the motion was approved. The minutes do not include Colleen's last name.
