Lynwood board approves multiple tax‑incentive renewals and a new Class 8 incentive

Trustees on the Village of Lynwood Board approved a series of tax‑incentive motions during their March 11, 2025 meeting, including a new Class 8 incentive for the property commonly known as 20040 (20388) Torrence Ave (PIN 32‑13‑201‑015) for applicant Sami Bader / JBS 1 Property, LLC.
Trustee Randall K. Blakey moved for the Torrence Avenue incentive; the motion was seconded by Trustee David Lilly and carried after roll call, with Trustee Rolanda Clark recorded as abstaining. The board also approved Class 8 incentive renewals for 19510 North Creek Drive (PIN 32‑12‑201‑029) and 1580 Vollmer Road (PIN 32‑11‑403‑034) and a Class 6b renewal for 3275 Lincoln Highway (PIN 33‑20‑300‑034).
