Minutes record: "Motion Drobnik/Stephan to approve the Forestry and Parks vouchers... and the Buildings and Grounds vouchers... Motion carried."
Chair Jeff Hallstrand adjourned the meeting at 10:04 a.m. The voucher approvals were recorded without a roll-call tally in the minutes.
