"This is a yearly budgeted item," Clerk Amie Jones said while presenting the contract, which commissioners approved by a 3-0 vote (Duft/Bartel). The board recorded the payment source as account 010-21-7600. The approval followed routine financial items earlier in the meeting, including warrants and payroll authorizations.
