At the start of the meeting, Andrew McNealus moved that Item E — the live line‑by‑line edit session of Chapter 3 (Ecology) of the Town Plan — be moved to a future meeting "due to time constraints and attendance." Freddie Graves seconded the motion, and the Planning Commission approved it.
The postponed item had been scheduled as a live edit session to allow commission members to work through the ecology chapter together, but the commission decided to defer the session until more members and time are available. Commissioners said agendas will be rearranged while the Town Plan update is in progress so liaison reports precede work sessions and better support the editing process.
The commission tentatively set a future meeting for continued Town Plan work; staff and commissioners will coordinate to set the new date and to publicize the change.
