Commission plans staffing and materials for September arts & crafts fair

"I have an easy up tent and a table," King said; members volunteered shifts and agreed Kelly Burke would coordinate who attends on which day. The group noted the flyer needs updated QR codes and contact information before distribution and asked members to review and sign the support materials prior to the event.
The commission will bring printed copies of accessible forms and a short instruction sheet to hand out and will circulate final promotional materials by email for approval.
