Emergency Management Council accepts annual report to governor

Chair Kirk Holmes presented the EMC annual report and opened the floor for comment. After brief discussion and thanks to staff, Mark moved to accept the report and Quinn seconded; the motion passed without recorded opposition. Kirk said the report contains "a lot of good quality information" for the governor's office and thanked staff and volunteers for their work.
Sharon clarified that members should wait for the EMC final distribution before broadly sharing the report; once distributed, members may forward it to partner jurisdictions.
