Committee recommends staff draft scope for facilitator to design public dialogues

Amy Windrobe advised testing the approach on the next agenda item and said, "You're in the river. You're going downstream, and all of a sudden, you have a new tool in your boat." Director Sussan recommended that the agency prepare a potential scope of work for the facilitator and return it to the committee for approval and refinement.
Chair John Lemkul said he would propose a committee recommendation in the committee report to the full commission asking staff to develop that scope. The committee did not take a formal vote but reached consensus to ask staff to draft a scope of work and return with recommendations.
