Redevelopment agency adopts tentative 2026 budget; final vote scheduled next month

The Box Elder County Redevelopment Agency on Nov. 19 voted to adopt Resolution 25-01, approving the tentative 2026 RDA budget as presented by the agency auditor. A motion to adopt the resolution was made and seconded and the board voted in favor.
Shirley Larson, the agency auditor, reviewed the budget before the vote and described modest administrative cuts and planned uses for RDA fund balances. The agency scheduled another RDA meeting in December to take up the final budget, saying the tentative resolution will guide further action.
