Jim Linville moved to apply for the grant with the understanding that a positive Phase I could require a subsequent Phase II assessment; the motion passed unanimously.
The board noted that if 708 Main Street fails the assessment, the town will revisit next steps. No dollar amounts for the grant request were recorded in the minutes.
