Mayor Diane Kohout called the Electric City Council to order at 6 p.m. on June 10, 2025, and the council excused Councilmember Brian Buche by unanimous motion. The council approved the meeting agenda and amended the consent agenda to note that the May 13 meeting minutes were not included and will be voted on at the July 8, 2025 meeting.
Peggy Nevsimal, Electric City Clerk/Treasurer, recorded that "A motion was made and seconded to approve the consent agenda that included: Vouchers 16890- 16922 in the amount of $113,359.93." The motion to approve the vouchers was moved by Councilmember Blake Martin, seconded by Councilmember Robbin Boyce, and carried unanimously. The council took no public comment during the meeting.
The amendment to the consent agenda and the voucher approval were routine procedural items that set the council's business for the evening; the council did not take additional action on the missing May 13 minutes other than to schedule them for the July 8 packet.
