Commission appoints members to two cemetery boards and ratifies a beer-license consent signature

The board also moved, seconded and approved appointments of Charles K. Kimber and Blair G. Thompson to the Grouse Creek Cemetery Board after commissioners noted long service by prior members.
Separately, the commission ratified a previously-signed local consent form for a Riverside Corner beer license; a commissioner moved and the board agreed by voice vote. These items were handled as standard personnel and consent-agenda actions.
