County Treasurer Sean Hornland confirmed the treasurer's office had the notice in an undelivered bin and that the record supports Price's description. A commissioner moved and the board voted to forgive the $161.16 in penalties and interest; because Price already paid the amounts staff said the county will issue a refund. "We appreciate you getting on that sooner," the chair said following the vote.
