3) Part-time clerk posting and funding — Motion to post a temporary part-time position to assist development and environmental health and to move $8,000 into a part-time budget line to fund the position through Sept. 30; motion approved 4-0.
4) Floodplain administrator amendment — Motion to amend the Hood County Flood Damage Prevention Order, Article 4 Section A, replacing the director of development with England Engineering LLC as floodplain administrator and designating Nick Castaneda as the county's enforcement and processing contact; motion carried unanimously.
All items were recorded on the meeting record and staff were instructed to implement the changes and follow up with the court on operational and budget details.
