The council moved, seconded, and voted in favor of both the rezoning (24-0462) and the related use permit (24-0463) with the attached conditions.
Council discussion highlighted the applicant's proffered landscaping and design conditions and noted that staff will enforce screening, a possible future dumpster condition if needed, and maintenance of residential character as the project proceeds.
