Weybridge Planning Commission sets July 3 return date for town survey, assigns mailing tasks

At the June 9 meeting the Weybridge Planning Commission set a return date of July 3 for a community survey intended for local residents. Commissioners assigned production and mailing tasks: Brenda will make the printed copies; Commission members will fold, stuff, seal, label and stamp envelopes and place them in the mail. Returned surveys will be sequentially numbered to track responses.
Commissioner Robin Foster Cole was asked to investigate tabulation options. Commission members who are able will meet at the Town Clerk's office on an upcoming Friday or Saturday morning to assemble the mailings. The Commission plans to tabulate results at its July 14 meeting and make results available at public hearings and on the Town website.
