The Weybridge Planning Commission agreed May 12 to mail a Town Plan survey to every household and post an identical copy on the town website in mid‑June, with a response deadline of July 1.
Commissioners discussed formatting options, including a mailed paper version, a website version and an "AI version" of the survey. It was agreed the mailed and website versions should be the same. The commission decided to use Zoning Administrator Nikhil Plouffe’s drawing of the school and a photo of sheep at the Morgan Horse Farm on the survey front page. Gale Hurd said she would try to combine her survey with Claud’s AI survey by the upcoming weekend.
Jeff Olson said he will check with the Addison County Regional Planning Commission about available formats and suggestions. The Planning Commission intends to review survey results at the July meeting and to use the collected responses to guide revision of the Town Plan sections over the summer and fall.
