Compliance officer urges 100% completion of conflict-of-interest disclosures

Christy Lewis, the authority's chief compliance officer, presented the conflict-of-interest disclosure requirement and asked board members to complete and submit the form promptly. "I would like to thank those who have already submitted their conflict of interest disclosure forms and respectfully request others to please complete them so that we will have a 100% completion rate for the 2026, 2027," Lewis told the board, and offered electronic versions to members who had technical issues.
Lewis reminded the board that the disclosure is required annually of the board, leadership team and every employee. The chair accepted the presentation and the board expressed appreciation for near-universal compliance; Lewis said the meeting reflected roughly 99% completion as of the session.
