During consent and regular agenda actions the Taylor City Council approved a set of routine procurement and grant items. The motions, handled largely without discussion, included increasing blanket-purchase authority for Stryker by $6,000 and for Amazon by $3,500, both funded through General Fund fire-department accounts.
The council also approved APCO International emergency medical dispatch training certification materials for personnel at a cost of $4,317 plus shipping (not to exceed $4,718), funded through the General Fund Fire Department training and transport account. Separately, council authorized reimbursement of $36,415 from the Pedding Farm State Farm enhancement grant to the TBA Capital Outlay account.
All these measures passed by voice vote as part of the council's regular agenda, and no members of the public held items for separate discussion during the meeting.
