Commissioners discussed the shortfall and suggested looking into state funding or other sources; staff said they would investigate additional funding opportunities and follow up.
Because the plan is draft, staff did not request a formal vote but asked whether the commission wanted to keep the sidewalk project as a top priority; members indicated agreement on prioritization while acknowledging limited available funds.
