Board hears update on Quaker Village Road slide reimbursement and right-of-way status

The Chair also said a right-of-way amendment with a private landowner (Brian Hill) was discussed but it was not clear whether required paperwork had been submitted; the board noted the process is not quick and that outstanding right-of-way paperwork could delay full reimbursement or work. "I signed the cover sheet to get us reimbursed for what we've already paid for," the Chair said, describing the immediate administrative step to preserve the grant.
