The April 6 payroll warrant was approved (Clayton Woodworth moved; Tyler Mitchell seconded) while the March 23 payroll was tabled because both Tyler Mitchell and Cote Griggs appear on that warrant and the board lacked a quorum to approve it.
The Selectboard also approved the March 10 meeting minutes with a typographical correction. The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m. following a motion by Cote Griggs and second by Clayton Woodworth.
