Councilmember Lori Loseth moved to approve the consent calendar and Councilmember David Weakland seconded; the motion passed 3–0. The council also moved to excuse Councilmembers Cowdrey and Ottmar for this meeting (motion by Weakland, second by Stein), which passed 3–0.
