Chair Rich Turner replied that under state guidelines a PGA usually requires zoning or subdivision bylaws and the state will look for those elements, but he said land‑use mapping in the regional plan might provide some flexibility for towns like Williamstown. He urged commissioners to attend the RPC session at the library to learn more when mapping details are released.
