Board approves Sussex Service Authority operations agreement with modest cost increase

Supervisor Drew moved to approve the agreement and Supervisor Elliott seconded. With no further discussion the board voted to approve the operations contract effective July 1, 2026. Staff emphasized that the estimate does not include potential major repairs (for example to the Dendron water utility), which would raise costs beyond the estimated routine increase.
